Here at Encōr we focus on your growth.

Encōr Solar’s brand ideal is expanding life. We believe that everything we do should live into our ideal. We proudly claim we are a personal development company that happens to sell solar. Encōr has salespeople scattered all over the country. We bring them together every week through a company-wide conference call, a Facebook Live conducted in a private Facebook group, and a web conference training to help our salespeople refine their craft. Each of these mediums connects with our people slightly differently, but all contain life principles that will lead to fulfillment at work and at home. 

 

Culture is a tough thing for companies to quantify as they examine their bottom line. Many CFO’s even assume that ‘fluffy’ culture-focused programs do not put the company in a better financial situation. At Encōr, we have been able to quantify how specific programs and internal company value adds can do precisely that. Mind, body, and spirit wellness programs give employees access to free counseling and chiropractic sessions, introduce them to yoga and mindfulness meditation classes, and aid a healthy lifestyle through nutrition coaching. A happier and heartier employee most certainly impacts the bottom line.
